Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager - will lead and execute our digital marketing strategies with a specialized focus on influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for managing influencer marketing initiatives while working closely with the Headquarters office and brand partners to ensure campaign alignment with global strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage campaigns, build strong relationships with influencers, and continuously provide updates and recommendations to enhance marketing efforts. Your goal is to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions through innovative and data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand and business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and content creators across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage influencer partnerships, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer campaigns with other digital marketing initiatives and overall brand strategy.

Content Collaboration & Management:

  • Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversee the distribution and promotion of influencer-generated content across digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign ROI, reach, engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of all campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the team to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

Headquarter Collaborations:

  • Work closely with the Headquarters office and brand partners to ensure the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns that align with global brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Headquarters team to understand campaign objectives, providing regular updates, insights, and performance reports.
  • Continuously offer strategic recommendations and suggest innovative marketing strategies based on current trends and data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the local team and the Headquarters office, ensuring all marketing efforts are cohesive, on-brand, and impactful.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on influencer marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and their Affiliate Marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing a marketing team.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and adapt marketing strategies based on trends and data-driven analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce and/or B2B digital marketing
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant digital marketing courses.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
