Job Description:
- Identify and prospect potential clients
- Determines needs based analysis for clients through fact-finding
- Provides product solutions based on fact-finding
- Creates planning and analysis for clients in terns of life, health, and investment
- Establishes a business relationship with clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provides continuous after sales service and relationship building to clients
- Updates product and skills knowledge though continuous education, training, and other skills improvement opportunities
- Cultivating personal and external networks
- Develop business growth and opportunities
- Leadership mindset and continued growth and business opportunity
Minimum Qualifications
Job Specifications & Skills:
- Commission-based role with an unlimited income opportunity (salary posted is the potential income you can get)
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
- Familiar or proficient in: MS Office, iOS (Other technical and software platforms is a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Strong decision making skills and attention to detail
