Successful applicants will be developed and trained through a comprehensive “Business Program” designed by the company to ensure success of ideal candidates. The following are the responsibilities:

• Form own team of financial advisors under AIA Philippines' Next Gen Leader Development Program
• Adhere to the program's monthly standards and goals
• Engage leads and potential clients to present protection and wealth opportunities
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new leads and new recruits
• Establish client network and develop market in order to grow personal and team business
• Help clients come up with their personal strategic financial plan by conducting proper KYC (Know Your Client) and in turn provide proper solution/s to client
• Manage the accounts of existing clients
• Learn, apply and utilize technological tools such as iPad and Web applications
