Job Description
- A considerable understanding of contemporary large-scale governmental ideas and practices supply-chain administration and procurement.
- A good understanding of purchasing-related business procedures.
- A substantial understanding of the regulations, guidelines, and practices pertaining to public procurement.
- Profound understanding of contract law.
- A solid understanding of the information system technologies that are accessible to improve company procedures.
- A basic understanding of the concepts, procedures, and methods related to management, organization, training and development, financial administration, public relations, personnel management, supervision, and budget preparation.
- A basic understanding of methods for arranging and inspiring people and teams.
- A certain amount of expertise in resolving administrative issues and putting workable solutions into practice.
- To create and carry out administrative procedures, one must have a basic understanding of organization architecture and management analysis principles.
- Some understanding of price and cost analysis in the context of cost accounting.
- Proficiency in managing programs and projects.
- Proficiency in computer usage, encompassing automated procurement platforms and standard office

Minimum Qualifications
- Government Background
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
