Assistant Project Manager  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including website design, timeline, actions items, and dependencies with client and development.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Create project schedules and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
• Assist in managing project resources and ensuring they are utilized effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and updated project management systems.
• Provide project managers and stakeholders with regular reports on project status and key metrics.
• Identify and resolve any project roadblocks or issues to keep projects on track.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience working with the IT Industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Knows to self-manage.
