Job Description
About the role:
Maxima Associates handling facilities management play a critical role in the overall maintenance and presentation of Maxima office branches to its candidates, clients, and team members. In this assignment, you can expect:
- To be responsible for delivering services related to facilities management and maintenance.
- Arrange repair and maintenance activities after performing inspection.
- Support Health, Safety, Security and Environmental activities
Minimum Qualifications
We need individuals who:
- Graduated with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or any related course.
- With knowledge in AC, genset, plumbing, electrical, safety
- Registered or Certified Electrician is an advantage
- Detail-oriented
- Can handle multiple projects
- Excellent in problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- With at least 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Knowledgeable of Local Government Laws with regard to facilities and DENR implemented guidelines
