Key Responsibilities

• Understand operational processes by gathering data to drive informed decision-making
• Support daily operations across various functions to ensure seamless team coordination and alignment
• Assist in identifying, optimizing, and implementing system improvements
• Help monitor key performance indicators, leveraging insights from metrics to inform operational strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to provide support, gather insights, or address inquiries
