Job Description
- Assists in the development and implementation of Capabilities and People Development initiatives and Programs
- Assists in Pre and Post program activities and requirements including training materials, processing of procurement needs, budget tracking, attendance tracker, surveys, and others
- Assist in the conduct of the annual learning needs survey
- Preparation of learning agreements and management contracts of service providers engaged in providing related assistance to the company
- Designs, develops, processes, and implements core courses and team-building activities
- Act as coordinator for core, functional, and leadership programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related fields
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow through
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multitask and meet set deadlines
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
