We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Associate to drive marketing initiatives across traditional and digital media. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members and clients to define project goals, establish timelines, and ensure successful execution.
• Develop and implement advertising strategies to boost buyer interest and conversion rates.
• Monitor project progress from planning to execution, continuously assessing performance and making necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with PR and sales teams to maintain a consistent brand message across all channels.
• Collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights to internal teams and clients.
• Lead concept development, ideation, and communication strategies for campaigns.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Create structured content outlines and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
• Provide expert recommendations on marketing and advertising methods for new and existing products or services.

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, and advertising best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track and measure campaign success.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of paid media, social media advertising, and marketing automation tools.
