Finance Assistant  

•must be graduate in Accounting or Accountancy or Finance Management.

• Work experience as an Accounting or Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or similar role;

• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures;

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions;

• Prepare balance sheets;

• Track and reconcile bank statements;

• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs);

• Process tax payments;

• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records;

• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable;

• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed;

• Provide administrative support during budget preparation;

• Participate in quarterly and annual audits;

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies;

• Create and update expense reports;

• Process reimbursement forms;

• Prepare bank deposits;

• Enter financial transactions into internal databases;

• Check spreadsheets for accuracy;

• Maintain digital and physical financial records;

• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed;

• Participate in quarterly and annual audits;

• amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.
