A UX researcher helps set up the foundation of UX research within the organization by initially setting up data points in collaboration with different departments within the organization. He/she is responsible for gathering data, analyzing, and transforming it to useful information with the goal of better informing decisions within the organization, specifically on overall user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Design or relevant field
- With at least 4-year proven work experience as UX Designer, Researcher or any
- similar role
- With proven work experience in UX case studies (tests, analysis, insights etc.)
- Strong and well organized portfolio of completed design projects
- Extremely analytical and data-driven in making decisions
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Can work with minimal to no supervision and can deliver expected output within an
- agreed specified timeline
- Proficient in English and Filipino (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
