Job Description
- Membuat perencanaan project sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan.
- Melakukan kordinasi persiapan teknis project
- Mengajukan rencana anggaran proyek.
- Memastikan dukungan teknis terhadap Proyek.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap Proyek.
- Evaluasi terhadap progress Proyek.
- Membuat laporan hasil akhir project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S1 jurusan Arsitek
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di konsultan min. 5 Tahun dan kontraktor/developer min. 7 Tahun
- Terbiasa handle non commercial project
- Memiliki pengetahuan, pengalaman dan Taste Design (mutlak)
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahas Inggris yang baik (written & speaking)
- Memahami Design Interior khususnya luxury houses, hotel
- Cerdas & Smart, Proaktif, Hard Worker, jujur semangat dan beritikad baik untuk bersama dengan team memberikan output yang terbaik dan on time schedule, time player yang baik.
- Gesit, cepat tanggap, tepat waktu, termasuk ketika dalam mengambil keputusan.
- Dapat mengoperasikan Auto Cad, Photoshop, SketchUp atau 3D Max.
- Dapat melakukan rendering.
