Job Description
-
Lead on the preparation of all requirements for LGU compliance, such as business permits and other permits required for the business to operate.
- Maintain a filing system for data on client and external partners
- Procurement of office and salon supplies
- Submit and reconcile salon PCF and office supplies expense reports to Accounting Department
- Fulfills operational needs by allocating and scheduling administrative tasks and expediting work results.
- Liaise with building management and suppliers to address maintenance issues, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Managing office duties such creating reports and presentations.
- Maintain equipment inventories and monitor the salon tools and office equipment.
- Track supplies inventory by determining inventory levels, estimating supply needs, expedite placing and completing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Responsible for organizing package pickup in Customs and overseeing the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) permit application procedure.
- Oversee the closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems in the salon.
- Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot salon systems, such as client reservation management and internet connectivity, to support salon operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of solid experience in the field
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of organization.
- Proficiency in Google suite and other applications
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in record-keeping and compliance task
- Amenable to work independently and with supervision.
