The People Experience team is looking for a high-energy Office Experience Analyst who is excited to support re-imagining and re-designing the hybrid experience of working in both a Nasdaq office and working from home. This is a highly collaborative role, working in partnership across many departments to create a unified approach for our 60+ global offices. We are looking to build employee engagement for our hybrid approach, allowing our time at work to be productive as well as positive and meaningful.
- Collate information from stakeholders (for example, Talent Management, People Strategy Partners, People Operations & Technology, and Facilities) and data related to external surveys
- Produce reports on various aspects of the office experience for example, office attendance, engagement scores by office, and employee participation in office events
- Provide reports for ad hoc requests and assisting with data extraction, analysis and producing insights
- Provide program support in the delivery of global employee events, including creating calendar invitations, booking rooms, creating marketing materials like fliers, banners, and website content, and coordinating shipping of materials (in partnership with Facilities)
- Write and send a variety of communications for stakeholders, including Site Leaders, Office Ninjas, People Strategy Partners, the Purpose team, Marketing & Communications and others
- Support Office Experience Director in managing a global office engagement budget, in partnership with local Site Leaders.
- As well as other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications
What We Expect:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from large sets of data and present them in a visually compelling manner
- Proven experience in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Versatile and efficient, committed to maximizing productivity
- Collaborative with a low-ego, can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and approachable tone
- Experience in budget management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint
