Job Description
- The Facilities Management Coordinator is responsible for the management of all equipment and facilities of the University Premises.
- Handles the registration and renewal of Business Permit.
- He/she also guides and directs maintenance and skilled personnel to meet the needs of the University
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience related to facilities maintenance
- Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with school facilities experience.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract administrator, regulatory/government codes, and regulations is an advantage.
- With OSH and BOSCH Training/ Certificate is a plus.
