- Assessment and verify customer data and support the appendices to ensure all the documents valid
- Maintain the necessary SLAs and report to the team manager on a regular basis
- Liaise with other stakeholders to provide information about customer profile
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Quick understanding capabilities and execution of new learnings or concepts
- Have strong analytical and communication skills
- Good in communication and have analytical & problem-solving skills
- Have a good in verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with operating Microsoft Office and attention to detail
- At least 1 year experience in onboarding and AML process
- Understand in assessment/ review legality document both individuals or corporate would be a plus
