- Submit and follow up request from AM division to other division, such as: contracts, proposals, request forms, service order, PO, etc.
- Answering client's inquiries over the phone, or by email.
- Organizing and record (MoM) meeting.
- Check data accuracy in orders.
- Manage BD report, visit, and pipeline activity.
- Asure the circulation of forms and legal documents signing runs smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
- Min. 1 years of work experience in Business administration or other related fields would be preferred.
- Strong capability in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite.
- English as a plus point (writing).
- Ability to work accurately and organized in timely manners.
