Job Description
- Produce concept design, space planning, and presentation
- Allocate and produce tender documentation and detailed drawings
- Presentation of a design concept to the client
- Able to handle projects independently from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure the site complies with design specifications and building regulations
- Conduct client meetings and report of design progress
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in a dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
- At least 5-6 years of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design
- Must have a passion for design and strive for innovation
- A dedicated and responsible individual
- Excellent communication skills including both written and oral English and Chinese
- Persuasive & influential in acquiring the best value from vendors
- Work on your own innovation to develop new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones
- Work rapidly under pressure with no discrepancies
- Operate effectively and efficiently, operate collaboratively, and as part of the team
- Adopt a hands-on approach and have a “can-do attitude”
- Responsive and proactive and have real passion
