HR Analyst  

Job Summary:

The HR Analyst is a generalist position, assisting the Human Resources Department. The major responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. This position would undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Job Responsibilites:

• Report on weekly hiring updates
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (entry-level to junior roles)
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Host and participate in job fairs
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Process the onboarding requirements of candidates and coordinate with KMC as necessary
• Assist with other HR programs and activities as needed

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relevant Management or Social Science disciplines

Experience:

Relevant experience or exposure in Recruitment would be a plus
