Job Description
- Develop application models and system specifications: Create detailed models and specifications for applications to be developed.
- Create flowcharts, Use Cases, ERDs, and FSDs: Generate comprehensive diagrams and documentation to illustrate application workflows, user interactions, data relationships, and functional specifications.
- Validate application changes: Ensure that changes made to applications by the development team align with the proposed solutions before deployment to users.
- Analyze technical specifications based on user requirements: Conduct thorough analysis of technical specifications to ensure they effectively address user needs and expectations.
- Analyze business needs by gathering information from various stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the problem to be solved and potential opportunities.
- Translate and document business needs into functional specifications that can be understood by the development team.
- Verify and validate that the developed solution meets the established business requirements and adheres to quality standards and user needs.
- Provide training to users on the use of developed systems and applications.
- Offer recommendations for system and application improvements.
- Coordinate meetings or discussions to facilitate shared understanding and effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including software development teams, project management, and users, to ensure the success of IT projects and the delivery of solutions that align with business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the solution and gather feedback from users, ensure that the developed solution meets the defined business requirements and adheres to quality standards and user needs
- Experience with business modeling and process mapping tools.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies.
- Experience in providing user training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
