Job Description
- Managing, identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships with EO and collaborators to enhance product visibility, increasing brand awareness, revenue, company goals and marketing objectives
- Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial collaboration term, partnership agreements for maximum brand exposure
- Overseeing advertisements on platforms like Ads Manager and Meta Ads, analyzing performance, and refining strategies
- Planning and producing engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Managing social media accounts for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency
- Develop actionable recommendations of event collaborations, tracking social media performance, and providing insights for future strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing specialist, event marketing, partnerships, or related fields and graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. MICE, Communications, PR etc)
- Experience in handling B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, content planning, creation, and audience engagement
- Able to utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Well-established connections within the events industry, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willing to WFO (BSD - South Tangerang)
