Job Description
Banking Associate Program Wholesale Banking (BAP WB) is a one-year training program that involving class-room, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts. A successful trainee will be ready to perform the role of business partners in banking transaction and financial solution for our Wholesale Banking/Corporate segments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with engineering/economic/management major
- Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Max. age 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or experience in non bank max. 2 years
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Interested in sales roles, preferably with a passion to help customers grow business
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem solving ability
- Good command in English, both written and verbal
