Job Description
The BAP Relationship Manager Priority (BAP RMP) is a 7 month fast-track training program aimed at developing top young talent to drive the bank's revenue growth. This program combines in-class learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship from subject matter experts. Trainees will be assigned to the Wealth Center, where they will focus on generating leads and building relationships with potential new Priority customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
- GPA min 2.75 of 4.00
- Fresh Graduates or max 2 years professional experience
- Good analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Target oriented and interested in sales role
- Enjoy networking and building relationships
