The BAP Relatonship Manager Priority (BAP RMP) is a 7 month fast - track training program aimet at developing top young talent to drive the bank's revenue growth. This program combines in - class learning, on the job traing and mentorship from subject matter experts. Trainees will be assignedto the wealth center, where they will focuson generating leads and buiding relationship with potential new priority customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- GPA min 2.75 of 4.00
- Fresh Graduate or max 2 years profesional experience
- Target oriented and interest in sales role
