Persol Technology Staff, the largest HR service company in Japan, is currently looking for Electrical Circuit Engineers. This role is for you if you wish to work with more than 3,000 Japanese companies and handle multiple projects among the 20,000 projects under their portfolio.

As a full-time employee of Persol Technology staff, you will work at the office of our business partners which are big players in the manufacturing industry. You will be:

• Responsible in the development of automotive components such as: transmission, steering, body, chassis control, wiring and harness, and other auxiliary parts
• Conducting basic design and detailed design for development and production
• Developing parts plan, assembly plan and other necessary plans
• Conducting evaluation for parts, components, materials and other necessary factors
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Modifying designs to reduce material and manufacturing costs of existing products

• At least one (1) year experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD, CATIA V5, NX, Solidworks, or Pro/E is an added advantage
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics engineering or equivalent
• Able to converse and write in Japanese (at least JLPT N2 level)
• Must be willing to relocate in Japan (transportation, relocation, housing, and initial grant will be provided)
• Japanese resume is needed
