1. Process authorized financial transactions and payments including payroll checks
2. Report daily, weekly and monthly cash flow report
3. Preparation of sales invoices and OR
4. Monitor income deposit and crediting
5. Ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures related to cash management, enrollments, availment of bank facilities, remittances, branch of account and inter-branch transactions
6. Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administrative or relevant field
2. Preferably candidates with at least 1 year of work experience in related position
3. Fluent in English and Tagalog
4. Detail oriented
5. Knowledge with online banking and SAP or other accounting system is an advantage
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
