Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems (HRIS) is a plus.
