Medical Sales Representative  

1. Identify key customers/supporters (hospitals, distributors, wholesalers etc) of Philcare products to develop and implement specific strategies for targeting and developing users of such products

2. Establish strong inter-personal relationships, resulting in true business partnerships with key stakeholders such as the target specialty doctors (anesthesiologists, internists, surgeons etc), pharmacists, nurses, important decision makers, and influencers at all organizational and departmental levels of each assigned hospital/non-hospital account.

3. Identify, develop, maintain and leverage relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other individuals who make or influence purchasing/prescribing decisions

4. Identify and respond to obstacles to usage of Philcare Pharma products. Develop and maintain mastery of product knowledge and a consultative sales approach

5. Improve knowledge of Philcare Pharma products and similar competitor’s products

6. Understand and articulate the most up-to-date, clinically approved studies to educate customers and handle questions/concerns about Philcare Pharma products

7. Take initiative and coordinate actively with the Philcare Sales/Marketing to maximize appropriate and effective use of selling materials and product information.
