Job Description
This position is responsible for the delivery of high quality customer service through efficient handling of routine over-the-counter bank transactions such as accepting deposits, servicing withdrawals and Pera Padala cash in/cash out.
- Receives and processes daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, encashment, time deposits, special savings deposits, cash loan releases to borrowers.
- Notes and verifies significant information as required by bank policy/procedure.
- Ensures that bank procedures are followed when performing transactions on the teller machine and other equipment as required.
- Promotes the bank's products and services; consistently cross-sells bank products at every opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate must be a graduate of any business- related course
- With at least six (6) months work related experience
- Basic knowledge on banking operations can be an advantage
- Good customer services skills
- Advance communication skills in both written and oral
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can start ASAP
