- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Create and maintain process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and ensuring requirements are met.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders and management.
- Full WFO Jakarta
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role especially in financial services industry projects or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques and documentation.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) are a plus.
