- Lead and manage projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Collaborate with banking stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and banking regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in banking or financial services.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
