Job Description

  • Lead and manage projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Collaborate with banking stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and banking regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in banking or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
