Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to identify market opportunities and develop product concepts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Lead the product development process, including defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineering teams to design and prototype new products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure product safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage product documentation and specifications throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support product launch activities, including developing marketing collateral, training materials, and sales tools.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or product development roles especially in Beauty Product.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
