- Analyse and respond to security incidents with both immediate actions and long-term solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits, contributing to the strategic planning of security enhancements.
- Participate in the development of a company-wide strategic security plan that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with different departments to integrate security practices and controls into business processes.
- Design and implement security controls to safeguard organizational assets from identified risks.
- Engage in continuous improvement of security practices through feedback and updated industry standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operating system work
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies is a plus.
