Fifgroup Management Trainee Program with training length total 8 months. The program will be start on 1 May 2024. The training material covers e-learning, in class training, branch overview, functions overview, pos overview, on the job training, also the financial services industry and the business processes. This program is aimed at fresh graduates or employees with less than 2 years experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Work experience: Max. 2 years
- Have a good communication and presentation skills
- Max 27 Years old
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Planning, Drive, and Strong Analytical Thinking
