future 18 is one of fifgroup development programs to produce management trainees future leader, which will run for 9 months. in this program, each trainee will receive knowledge and training regarding fifgroup's business process to acquire the best strategy to make fifgroup leading in leasing world. the program will start at february 2025.
Minimum Qualifications
requirements:
- bachelor degree from any major from reputable university
- minimum gpa 3.00
- willingness to placement on Any Divisions
- work experience: max. 2 years
- skill: good at conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and planning & driving actions
- technical: microsoft suite, data analysis
