- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- Develop and post job descriptions on the right platforms to attract the best candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure quality hires.
- Conduct psychological and competency assessments to evaluate candidates thoroughly. (e.g. Psikotest, IQ tests, MBTI, or DiSC)
- Oversee onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
- HR Operations:
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving employee concerns effectively.
- Enhance employer branding and engagement strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Strengthen company culture, ensuring high job satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in managing payroll, benefits, and employee incentives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and hiring processes.
- Ability to read and interpret psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: psikotest, IQ tests, MBTI, or DiSC)
- Ability to assess technical and soft skills effectively during the hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and attract top talent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for building and maintaining a positive company culture.
- Experience in a digital agency, IT company, or tech-related environment is a plus.
