Job Description
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with partners, conveying the value proposition and objectives of the partnership.
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide regular reports to assess the success of initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
