Job Description
- PIC for procurement, handling vendor & reimbursement
- Process invoice to PIC and Finance Dept
- Organize meeting room schedule, incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist HR in handling daily tasks & events
- Maintain relationship with Building Management
- Purchase office needs (stationary, pantry stocks, and other office supply)
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers and internal users as well.
- Create PO and coordinate with vendors for goods delivery or visit schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. bachelor degree of Economics, HR or any major.
- Advanced in operating Ms. Office & Canva
- Meticulous eye for detail for unusual quality problems and Have an eager to learn attitude and attention to detail.
- Fast learner, strong team player and resilient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Point plus, have related experiences in GA (general affair), office facilities, asset management area.
