As a Corporate Branding at MGMaritim, Your responsibilities may include:

1. Branding Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy; conduct market research and competitive analysis; set measurable goals; collaborate with marketing for alignment.
2. Corporate Identity: Maintain a strong corporate identity across all channels; create brand guidelines for consistent visual elements; ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the brand.
3. Corporate Communication: Execute effective communication campaigns to enhance awareness and reputation; oversee content creation for marketing, social media, and publications; manage media and influencer relationships.
4. Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company’s reputation online and offline; handle communication crises; ensure quick responses to customer feedback.
5. Internal Collaboration: Work with departments to ensure consistent branding; train employees on corporate values; measure and report branding effectiveness; implement employer branding programs from concept to execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding strategy or corporate communications.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and communications.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective leadership and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
