Job Description
- Maximum age 35 years
- Bachelor degree in all majors
- Have experience as a Collection Supervisor at least 2 years in Financial Industry
- Have good leadership and negotiation skills
- Have good problem solving and problem mitigation skills
- Have good communication skills and presentation skills
- Mastering data processing tools such as MS. Office (Excel)
Minimum Qualifications
- Monitor collection movement in branch every day
- Provide solutions to problem in the branch to meet the targets that have been given by the company
- Evaluate, review, and create collection strategies in branch
- Recruit, train and controlling/monitoring collection teams in branch
