Job Description
- Mengolah data TNA (Training Need Analysis) dari system dan menganalisa hasil dari TNA
- Bertanggungjawab atas pengelolaan data dashboard TNA
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan team Learning Design atas program yang berjalan dan evaluasinya
- Melakukan analisa dari hasil evaluasi setiap training yang dilaksanakan
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Ofice (Excel, Power Point, Word dan Power BI)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk berfikir analitis
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam analisis data
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menganalisis data pembelajaran menggunakan berbagai alat dan teknik analisis data
