Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative TikTok Content Creator to develop innovative, entertaining, educational, and highly engaging videos to expand our TikTok audience. The ideal candidate must have a passion for storytelling, social media trends, and a deep understanding of the TikTok platform. He/She will play a key role in crafting content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills needed:
1. Creativity and Innovation
- Ability to generate original and engaging content ideas.
- Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives in short-form video format.
- Familiarity with trending formats and viral challenges on TikTok.
2. Video Shoot/ Editing Proficiency
- Experience with TikTok’s in-app editing tools
- Knowledge of external video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Knows how to properly shoot using a mobile phone
- Ability to create high-quality, visually appealing content under time constraints.
3. Social Media and Trend Awareness
- Updated with the latest TikTok trends, hashtags, and challenges.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new social media features and updates.
4. Audience Engagement
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s audience demographics and behavior.
5. Content Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a TikTok content calendar.
- Align content with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
6. Adaptability and Flexibility
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
7. Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent content posting.
