Job Description
- Maintain current licenses and permits as prescribed by local and national agencies.
- Produces daily, weekly and monthly reports for owners and stakeholders
- Filing and Liquidation
- Monitors inventory and par stocks
- Requisition of replenishments
- Assists in the hiring process – documentation and coordination
- Maintains records of all hotel transactions and disbursements
- Can communicate to guests about hotel promotions, local attractions, and points of interest.
- Knowledgeable in basic IT functions – CCTV, Wifi, Elevator, PABX
- Payments and Transmittal Processing
- Monthly Sales Transmittal & Monitoring (Affiliated OTAs & TTAs)
- Monthly Sales Summary Report
- PayPal Payments Invoicing & Processing
- Basic Book Keeping
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
