Clerical and Administrative Support:
Provide clerical assistance in processing employee appointments, personnel actions, and movement within the organization.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents related to employee transfers, promotions, appointments, and other personnel actions.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately input and update employee appointment and personnel movement data into the HR management system.
Maintain and update records related to employee appointments, promotions, resignations, and other personnel changes.
Document Filing and Organization:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files of personnel documents, ensuring easy access and secure storage.
Archive completed personnel movement records and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to appointments and personnel movements.
Coordinate with other sections and departments to ensure the timely processing of employee personnel actions.
Support for Personnel Action Reports:
Assist in preparing and processing reports related to appointments, promotions, and other personnel movements.
Ensure that all personnel action reports are completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate authorities.
Assistance in Appointment and Personnel Movements Processing:
Assist in the review and verification of documents for appointment and personnel movement actions.
Ensure that all required documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations.
General Office Assistance:
Perform general office tasks such as managing correspondence, photocopying documents, and maintaining office supplies for the section.
Provide assistance in preparing meeting materials or reports related to personnel matters.
