Job Description
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Conduct initial screenings & interviews of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
- Utilize from online job boards, social media and other channels to source and attract candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven knowledge as a Talent Acquisition or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
