Job Description
- Identify the core problems of client companies, understand their needs, and pinpoint areas requiring strategic intervention.
- Design clear and comprehensive consulting proposals, including action plans tailored to the client's needs and objectives.
- Monitor and take responsibility for the execution of projects with clients, ensuring each phase progresses as planned.
- Ensure that communication, expectations, and project implementation align with client needs and company standards.
- Collect and analyze data from ongoing projects, prepare periodic reports, provide insights, and offer follow-up recommendations to clients.
- Evaluate the outcomes and impact of initiatives implemented in projects, prepare final evaluation reports, and identify opportunities for further development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business, Management, or related from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the HR Consultant
- Have excellent project management and business planning expertise
- Analytical capability is critical in this role
- Recognize business processes around the enterprise and suggest ways to increase productivity
- Monitor initiative progress in a timely manner
