Job Description
- Supervise Front Office personnel for proper execution of all front office operations.
- Execute quality service to all hotel guests, monitor guest satisfaction reports, and implement actions for better outcome.
- Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication.
- Exemplify leadership in guest hospitality and customer service.
- Create a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any of the leading universities.
- Minimum of 3-5 years management experience in a Front Office position.
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera).
- Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage.
- Effective leadership skills, staff motivation, and exceptional commitment to improving customer service.
