Copy Editor
- Part-Time | 20 Hours per week
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Philippine time
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Copy Editor with a background in copywriting and a solid understanding of marketing recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in copy editing, proofreading, and crafting compelling marketing content.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, free of spelling errors, and adheres to our brand voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to refine messaging and improve the overall quality of content.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance content relevance and effectiveness.
- Assist in the recruitment by reviewing promotional materials and other recruitment-related content.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in copy editing, preferably in a marketing or recruitment environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
