• 28,000-35,000 PHP per month
• HMO on the first month of engagement
• 8-hr Rotating shifts

About the Role:

This role involves managing and processing property photos using their proprietary software to transform a 2D image into a 3D space. The successful candidate will ensure the precise execution of image transformations, troubleshoot any arising issues, and continuously enhance their skills through the comprehensive training program.

Performance Objectives:

Initial Mastery of Software Tools (First 2 Weeks):

• Finish the basic training course not including the exam
• Complete the onboarding training program.
• Achieve proficiency in basic functions of the image processing software, including camera solving, room modeling, and lighting setup.

Proficiency and Process Optimization (First Month):

• Finish all the training courses
• Process images per shift with a 95% accuracy rate.
• Process images within 3 minutes turnaround time

Team Collaboration and Process Improvement Initiatives (First 90 Days):

• Process images within 2 minutes turnaround time
• Collaborate with team members to enhance image processing workflows.
• Propose at least two process improvements based on observed challenges and team feedback.

Advanced Processing Skills and Efficiency (First 180 Days):

• Achieve processing times of under 1.5 minutes per image with continued high accuracy.

Leadership and Continuous Improvement (First Year):

• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Lead a project to integrate an additional style or feature into the platform, enhancing the product offering.
