• Part-time with the potential to transition to full-time setup
• Php 28,000 - 30,000 take-home pay per month
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM Philippine time

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting demands in personal injury cases and negotiating these cases with insurance adjusters. This role involves a high level of expertise and requires prior experience working with a US personal injury firm, insurance defense firm, or insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze medical records and bills, accident reports, client documents, government reports, and statements.
• Compile and synthesize all relevant records into a coherent demand.
• Collaborate with clients to inform them about the demand amount, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
• Work with insurance adjusters to negotiate and settle cases efficiently.
• Assist clients in signing releases, communicating settlement offers, and creating detailed settlement breakdowns.
• Negotiate medical liens with lien holders related to personal injury cases.

• Proven experience working with a US personal injury firm, insurance defense firm, or insurance company.
• Demonstrated experience in writing demand letters and negotiating claims.
• Strong ability to review and synthesize medical records, bills, accident reports, and other related documents.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively settle cases with insurance adjusters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all information.
• Ability to work closely with clients, keeping them informed and involved in the process.
• Experience in working with lien holders to negotiate medical liens is preferred.

• Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distraction
• Updated computer (desktop or laptop), excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
